All our parcels are send with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to check the progress of your parcel and make sure that you are present when the delivery is due. In some cases when a delivery attempt is made and you are not present you will be required to contact the delivery courier for the re-delivery. We recommend in this circumstances to contact the delivery Company without any delay. All the details of your tracking/courier are being provided during the shipment of your item.

Failure to pick-up the parcel may result in returning the item to us. When this situation occurs and only when the parcel is returned to us we will consider to refund you. Please note: in certain circumstances your refund will be subjected to a deduction of postage fees and administration fees of £5. This will be communicated during the refund process.

Once the parcel is shipped we are unable to change the address or cancel the order, no refunds will be considered at this time. Only when you receive the parcel and you are unhappy with it you can contact us to discuss the potential refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
