If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pherolec Global Ltd, within 14 days from the delivery date you can apply for a refund. Returns requests after that time will not be accepted by us.
In order to return our item(s) please send us the (unused) item(s) and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.

Please Note: Only full/unused containers will/can be accepted for refund.
You will need to pay the shipping fee for any returns unless they are due to Pherolec Global Ltd mistake or have been agreed with us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be issued after the shipment reaches us.

To prevent the package loss and to ensure the prompt delivery, please keep all shipping receipts for tracking information. Insured Parcel Post are recommended for shipping the return package. Please do not get rid of receipts and tracking information for your records.
