Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom only to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
We do NOT ship to Offshore, namely:

Jersey (All JE Postcodes),

Guernsey (All GY Postcodes),

Isle of Man (All IM Postcodes),

Inverness Scottish Highlands (HS1-8).
The standard delivery of our products is free of charge within the United Kingdom. There is an option to buy tracked service for all items.
We ship our products with Royal Mail (delivery within 1-3 business days*) and dispatch them the next business day.
The order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next business day.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.
If you do not receive your order within a week please inform us as soon as possible.
All invoices will be sent electronically upon request.

International Shipping
We ship our products with Tracked Service (delivery within 3-7 business days*) and dispatch them the next business day. There is an option to choose tracked service on all items.
We dispatch our products the next business day. The order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next business day.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address unless agreed othewise.
If you do not receive your order within two weeks please inform us as soon as possible.
All invoices will be sent electronically.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pherolec Global Ltd, within 7 days from the delivery date you can apply for a refund. Just return the (unused) items and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
Please Note: Only full/unused containers will/can be accepted for refund.
You will need to pay the shipping fee for any returns unless they are due to Pherolec Global Ltd mistake.
If you want/wish/decide/need to return a product(s) received from our Online Store, please place the invoice inside the package with the items you wish to return, retaining a copy of it. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued after the shipment reaches us.
To prevent the package loss and to ensure the prompt delivery, please keep all shipping receipts for tracking information. Insured Parcel Post are recommended for shipping the return package. Please do not get rid of receipts and tracking information for your records.
